Copious smooth- surfaced endoplasmic reticulum in steroid secreting cells.
Greater number of chloroplasts in oxygen yielding cells.
Greater number of microvilli in absorptive cells

Well, in secreting cells, you would find pores that allow whatever secretions to exit.

If the cell produces oxygen, or carbohydrates it will more than likely have photosynthetic pigmentation.

cells that absorb nutrients/transport waste will more than likely be part of the cell. what i mean is it will be more than likely made of the cell membrane, or one of the organelle membranes.
