I would like to read more into pregnancy and birth, to furthur educate myself, can anyone give me some good websites with lots of information and stuff?

I find pregnancy and birth amazing, I'm weird. I can't wait to expeirence it myself and have my own child.

I also love reading about babies and stuff, so if you know any sites about that, that would be cool too!

Thanks in advance!

There are some great sites -- and some wonderful books. I'll list my favorite books and the websites of the authors...

The Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth, by Henci Goer. www.hencigoer.com

The Sears Parenting Library, by Dr. and Martha Sears. (a bunch of great books, including the Pregnancy Book, the Birth Book, the Breastfeeding Book... etc.)
www.askdrsears.com

Ina May Gaskin is a midwife who's delivered LOTS of babies.. www.inamay.com

www.waterbirth.org -- talks about gentle birth choices

www.midwiferytoday.com -- an educational site for midwives.

www.aafp.com -- the site of the American Academy of Family Physicians. You have to dig hard, but there's some good stuff.

Hope that helps!

Look up the Bradley method on the net. I know they have a website. I used the Bradley method with all four of my births; it really works.
