That's pretty freaky, but if you say it looks cool, it's okay with me. To each his own. Make sure it's completely dry and varnish over it. Then get a picture frame without a back and tack or glue it to the wall around your modern art masterpiece. Just getting it dry will help with the smell, maybe try a hair dryer, which will probably make it worse at first, then the varnish will seal it so the smell will be gone.

Layers and layers of Klear Kote.
You must wait for each layer to completely cure (dry) before applying another.
Of course, if you should find that you can't keep the vomit on your wall, you could try swallowing various shades of non-toxic paint, and then vomiting that up onto your wall. Two birds, one stone...

Don't know if you deserve an answer. Clean that mess up. It not only smells, but it can not be healthy. Sounds like you don't own your home, or you would know better. Do the land lord a favor, clean it up. Yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
