Ive heard that sleeping on your left side while pregnant is best for the baby and more comfortable to you. Sleeping with a lot of pillows seems to be most comfortable too, maybe on the left side with a bunch of pillows around you? Good luck and I hope you start resting up for when baby comes :-)

Plenty of different sized pillows to tuck under your belly, between your knees, and to support your back. Try to sleep on your side since that will be most comfortable as you get into your 3rd trimester. Drink most of your fluids earlier in the day so that you have fewer midnight potty runs.
Also I've found with pregnancy that it's easier to sleep if I keep the room cooler then I would normally. I've got the window open and just have spare blankets on the bed if I get cold.

A pillow in the following places:

(you lay on your side)

1) one behind you along your back
2) one between your knees
3) one under your head at a 45 degree angle pointing towards the bottom of the bed

I swear this is the most comfortable position! I may keep it even after pregnancy!

It took me about a month of sleepless nights to figure it out,but for me : a soft pillow right at my belly level on both sides, so when I flip, I have tum support. the pillow between the legs never worked, but once I got used to sleeping on my side ( the left is generally more cozy for me too) I went right to zzzzzzzzzz..good luck- its such a pain to figure out what works & is probably different for everyone.

The back and body contoured body pillow from babies r us. It is a life saver, I would never be able to get sleep without it, especially in the last trimester! Its well, well worth it.

I used to sleep on my side and tuck a pillow behind my back. Just so I was not totally on my side and not totally on my back. If that makes sense.

Good Luck!!
