The sleepies are just normal pregnancy symptoms...It's hard on your body to make a baby after all. You should be getting your glucose test soon and when they draw the blood for that they will also use the sample to test your iron levels for anemia which is common going into the third trimester.
As for your face swelling up if it was sudden I would definately get your blood pressure checked. Sudden swelling of any kind is a sign of pre eclampsia and that can happen at any point during pregnancy.

If by "bulged", you mean that your face is noticeably swollen, you should call your doctor and let him/her know. This could be a warning sign of pre-eclampsia, which needs to be monitored closely. You should drink lots of fluids and avoid foods that are high in salt. If your vision gets blurry, call your doctor right away.
As for the rest of your question, unfortunately, the sleep issues are normal in pregnancy. Many women find that they have insomnia in the second and third trimester. Try to rest as much as you can, even if it's during the day.
Best of luck!

The swelling may be normal, but be sure and talk with your doctor about it on the next visit (you are seeing one right?)
The sleep thing is a natural thing your body does. I think it gets you ready to be able to be up during the night when your baby arrives. In fact, I also found that my senses were heightened - I could smell things that I never could before. You will also find yourself to be a much lighter sleeper. The smallest noise may wake you - again I think preparation for the baby....
Good Luck.

I will be 25 weeks in my second pregnancy tomorrow, and I feel the same way as you do. Lately I have just been EXHAUSTED, but can't seem to wind down at night - or stay asleep at night. But come daytime, I am dying to catch a nap. As for the swelling, mention it to your doctor, but chances are if you can catch a few good, solid nights of sleep you will feel better.
A few tips: cut out caffine, stay hydrated, keep your bedroom dark and cool.
Good luck and take it easy!

As your uterus grows it is going to start to place greater tension on the nerves on your back. i be attentive to that i'm unable to lay on my abdomen in any respect. i'm unable to describe it yet basically very uncomfortable if I even attempt for 2 seconds. it extremely is like attempting to place on a bowling ball.

It's normal to bloat during pregnancy. Talk to your doctor.
You are not sleeping at night because you are sleeping too much during the day. Go exercise or walk when you feel sleepy, it will raise your energy.
Again, talk to your doctor.
