I see nothing wrong with it. It is MUCH MORE sanitary than standing. Imagine all the disgusting piss that hits the toilet seat or deflects off the toilet when we stand. sick!!!!
p.s. To all the men who SWEAR they can aim, you only think that. Just because your EYES don't see the piss does not mean the toilet does not RECEIVE the piss.

I feel sorry for those guys.... They just have a sucky aim, so they are forced to pee sitting.

It would be better if they would sit to pee so it wouldn't splash all over the place. It would be polite and courteous.
