I'm not a big baseball fan so i don't know if this is obvious or not but, what happens if you hit a outside the park home run and when you round the bases you stumble in the middle and get injured and you can't run to home?

Kapler tore his Achilles Tendon while rounding second. He was awarded a pinch-runner and was carried off the field.

The official rules of baseball read like a law book; so, there is NO WAY I am going to look up the rule for you. But trust me, it's in the rules! EVERYTHING is in there!
I'm a HUGE baseball fan of more than 30 years. I have two guesses with different outcomes:
1. When a runner is injured and unable to advance any further, he is awarded the LAST base that he safely touched and can be removed from the game for a pinch runner.
2. When a runner is injured and unable to advance any further in trying to round the bases after hitting a home run, the umpire may give the manager permission to substitute another player for the injured player to complete the trip around the bases.
Sorry that I don't know for sure. It's sooooooooo obscure. I've never seen it nor have I even HEARD of it happening!

Pinch runner.
Here's what happened with Kapler. He was on first when Graffanino homered. While rounding second, Kapler stumbled and tore some tendons in his ankle or knee, down he went. Graffanino had to wait between bases while Kapler was tended to, and finally taken off the field. Machado pinch-ran, finished the circuit ahead of Graffanino, and was credited the run scored.

This actually happened a few years ago to Gabe Kapler of the Red sox. A pinch runner came in for him to complete his home run trot. Apparently, it also happened to Orlando Hudson, formerly of the Blue Jays.

Haha, I have never thought about it. I think you can get someone to run for you but maybe not in the major league. You might automatically get the home run since it's out the park.

I think it is counted as a run and you can pinch run somebody.
But, it has never happened in MLB as far as I know and their probably isn't a rule like that in the MLB Rulebook.
