Has anyone been in a marriage relationship like this? In that the Husband is very Open Minded person [me] and the wife is a very Closed minded woman [my wife]. How can anyone survive [be happy] in a marriage like this????

You married her. Out of all the other women in the world, that is the woman you chose to be your wife and partner for life. If you have a problem, you should be discussing it with her. How would you feel if she were on here trying to find sympathy for being with a husband she doesn't like?

What do you mean that you are open-minded about? You make it sound sort of like you are open-minded about having multiple sex partners and she isn't going for it.

Sorry to say this will always be a marriage with conflict.... why would you marry someone that is the complete opposite?

You respect her wishes. You won't be happy sexually, I fear, but you'll still be married.
Otherwise, a divorce may be in the cards. It's not a bad thing, but you are two different pepole in this aspect and you should divorce rather than cheat. ( I can read your mind..that was your next thought, wasn't it?)
