I was listening to the radio today and a commentator on talk radio that gives his picks each week says that he thinks the Bears will be beat just as bad as the Saints were beat last Thursday..........
I just don't see that happening, There offense will suprise ya'll, and the defense was embarrassed in the SB, I see the Bears winning, BARELY, by 7 or less.
Who do ya think will win? Why?? Final score??

Didn't Grossman have the most games with a passer rating of over 100? Yes, he did. He is a starter.

It depends I am a Bears fan I was even at the superbowl and if Rex Grossman stinks up the field like he did then worry. San Diego is offensively strong and arguably have the best players in the league at three important positions: running back ( LaDainian Tomlinson), tight end ( Antonio Gates), and left tackle ( Marcus McNeill). They are offensively sound.

OK I know that you are screaming at me right now about the Bears defense Urlacher and Briggs at linebacker and finally Tommie Harris (defensive tackle) is healthy so I believe the Bears defense can slow down that offense let's hope.

The thing that may help is the fact that the Chargers offense cant prevent the run down on 3rd, their secondary sucks and have one of the worse red zone defenses in the league.

But Rex Grossman (a Florida product) still sucks he is not a starting quarterback he is 2nd string at best he is not really 6'1 he can't see over the field. The only light at the end of the tunnel is Rex does well against teams with poor secondaries.

If Grossman can escape the pass rush he will do ok and he can pull this one out but Grossman sucks. I am disappointed that they won't invest in a decent offense.

Only because of the mismatch of the of the Charger Defense against the Chicago Offense I am going to choose the Bears but only by a field goal.

Low scoring game 17 -13

As much as I can't stand the Chargers... I can't help but think that Ladainian Tomlinson is going to tear up the Bear's defense in the red zone. The Bears have the best front 7 in football IMO but then again LT faced a couple really good D-lines last year and just ran right around them for a TD quite a few times. I believe Chicago is going to find themselves in the same predicament as in the Superbowl, they're just not going to be able to keep up with the Chargers on offense.

I think this game is winnable by Chicago even though I am picking San Diego.

I don't trust the San Diego defense at all but then I have no idea what we'll get from Grossman. The San Diego defense is very exploitable but I doubt if Grossman will get it done.

I think the difference will be the San Diego offense. The Bears will hold the score down but they won't shut them down.

I don't think the Bears will win, because the Charger's defense is just as strong as their offense. I think that the Charger's D will shut down the Bear's O. SD:31-CHI: 21

The Bear will lose because...

The AFC is better than the NFC
The Chargers are at home
The Chargers defense is better than the Bears offense
