I'm an Irish fan......and even before last week, I was worried.
The end of last season, they really started to put it together (and they played well against OSU and Michigan til the very end of the games.....then kinda imploded cause they tried to hard to force a few things.), and in their first game they looked good. Not just cause they beat a weak opponent, but because Morelli looked like he played mistake free ball (which is far more important).
I look fot the to contest with OSU for third in the TEN, with only Wiconsin and Michigan ahead of them ( though they might play for second place if UM doesn't wake up before Saturday).
I think the Irish might put a few more points up (it would be hard to put up less), but Barring a miracle, the folks in Happy Valley will be looking forward to showing ND how much they are gonna miss Quinn after the losses they suffered the last 2 seasons.
Be very, very wary of Happy Valley this season.
*Tee Dub, I wish I could agree with you...but I've been palying and watching football to long to be optimistic this season. But, just so you don't feel too harassed, here is a Thumbs Up, from one Irish Man to another.

I like there chances better than Michigan's. There next win will be a trouncing of Notre Dame

its ok so far but beating notre dame this year isnt going to cut it we will have to see what thy doin the tough games i say second best team in there conf.

the irish lights will be knocked out saturday and get over the movie rudy it sucked just like your overratted team go pennstate and when you get close to half the lions or paternos record talk smack then
