They sure get pissed as hell!
Suddenly, their land gets occupied, without any reasons and involvement of 9/11, i might add!
Initial happiness for taking down Saddam, THEN mess starts, followed by murdering their loved ones and loosing respect in their own land!
PS. mckenzie, you look and sound like a kiss a** to me!!

I think we should send the guy over there who claims it was a "liberation" that turned into a war, but now it's an occupation. That'll make them feel much better.
Others might point out that people who really believe themselves to have been liberated don't take up arms against their liberators, but I'm sure he could straighten them out.
The conservatives who say that "we didn't start this war" are talking about the attacks on Washington and New York by mostly Saudi terrorists. Saudi Arabia is next to Iraq. So we were off by one country, big deal. They were funded by (and are now based in) Pakistan, which is right next to Afghanistan. Again, we were REALLY close, just off by one country.

When I hear that from conservatives, I say what did Iraq have to do with starting the war then? NOTHING. And, then I ask them, then why haven't they gone after or caught the people who orchestrated this war in the first place instead of making Iraqies suffer for what OBL and Al Queda did? I usually hear birds chirping next before I hear them try to answer the question in any honest way whatsoever.

I am sure they realize that the people that voted for Bush are cowards that hide under the bed every time Bush raises the terror alert level. I am also sure they know of the PNAC plan that was behind the invasion of Iraq. Only the dittoheads think this was about WMD's, Iraqi freedom, etc...

they probally think - no you didnt you just came into our country to tell us how we are suppose to do things and when we refused to go by your rules you decided you had the right to attack us - kind of like an abusive relationship - as long as you say what i want you to and do what i want you to i wont put my hands on you =- ironic isnt it - the only difference is iraqis didnt want a relationship with us in the first place -

Hey! We here in America don't care about what the Iraqis think. Don't care that they've lost way more people to this war, don't care that they'll be left with a broken economy, broken social system, broken health care system, broken educational system, broken infrastructure, etc. Oh, and a heck of a lot of sectarian violence that targets them. Yeah, who cares? We were right. We're always right.
*I am being sarcastic. that seems to be my mood tonight.

No, I'm quite sure they think that any American who could say that America IS NOT responsible for this outrage in Iraq... is living in a nationalist fog with the power to completely displace reason.

The vast majority if Iraqis are very pleased at the efforts that GB has taken on their behalg.
They don't mind at all the daily violence, lack of services, lawlesness, anf constant fear of being murdered.
Don't you hear it, they thank us every day.

No, they think, "That's right. We did, and we will win. We will convert you, enslave you, or kill you."
My family escaped from Islam in the 1950s. You have no idea what you are talking about, nor do most of the liberal "New Age Islamic converts" who live in the United States.
We've been expecting this war for decades.
Islam has been trying to avoid it (why they gave Osama such a hard time). They've been using democracy against itself by getting a majority and then voting the nations into Islamic states.
They truly believe they are saving the world by turning it all Islamic. WE are the evil. We are the thing that must be converted (saved), enslaved (controlled), or killed.
You seem to have chosen sides. So have we.
