A few days ago. I have one in the garden as a fun way to exercise.

In July I tried a forward flip along with one of my young grandsons, trying to show that I could do like he was doing. I ended up flopping onto my head and onto my back and couldn't get back up. My oldest grandson (12 at the time) had to come to retrieve me from the trampoline and help me into the house, where I was laid up for a couple of weeks in terrible pain. I was on pain pills, ice, then a heating pad. Then after those 2 weeks, it still took 4-5 weeks after that before I could move half way decently again. I won't be jumping on a trampoline ever again. :o)

I never jumped on a trampoline. I think it would be fun to do.

To be honest, I don't think I've ever jumped on a trampoline! It doesn't register!

didn't you ask this last week? um so long ago i do not recall. every time you ask a ? it pops up on my email. Goosie woosie has been away. its almost as if she/he changed her/his name to buddie cause you ask the same style of CRAZY questions and i continue to wonder why. But not to worry.. I keep answering!
