Very good personality that she cares about, good looks that she also cares about (along with pretty hair) and good hygiene, nice voice (speaking voice, not singing) not too bossy, smart but not too smart, and preferably relatively short, between 4'9" and 5'5". Also, someone who loves to smile, and someone who doesn't want a whole lot of different guys at once.
