It's not much of a skill game but it is fun... it's called signs

what you do is keep a steady beat, then every on goes clock wise and does a motion and a says a sound (like a karate chop and a loud Hiyah!) so when it comes around to the beginning again the person who started does their sign and someone elses... (like karate chop and hiyah!, clap clap pull my finger) and the clap clap pull my finger person says and does their sign and then they pass it to someone else... itskind of hard to explain this one in writing.. but if you understand it and it's more 3 people playing it's rather fun and funny, because it gets hard trying to remember what sign people did...

dominoes
dice games, like Yahtzee and others
word games, like Scrabble and many more
Uno (you play it with cards, but it's not really "playing cards")
Pictionary and other boxed games
