Without traffic like 20 minutes more with traffic but Highlands Ranch is a nice area and may be worth the drive to you

Highlands Ranch is a great community to live in if you have children. Nice houses, not a lot of traffic, and good schools. It's about 10 or 15 miles from downtown Denver, and there's never any traffic like you see in L.A. or the Northeast, except when there's snow.

If you're single or aren't living with young kids you might want to look somewhere closer to the city though. There's a lot more things to do in Denver. Highlands Ranch is the typical suburb community.

Ummm no not really. I think it would be a ruff commute back and forth in denver traffic though. and if you're knew to the area you will be in for a rude awakeneing because denver streets are really tricky.

you can be on quincy then all of the sudden that road changes into davenport for say and then quinten or something and its pretty damn tricky.
