these teeth are so cool especially the ones that are like 6 inches and i found some for like a couple hundred to a thousand dolars and i also found some on ebay for like ten dollars that were big so i was wondering what is a good price for these because i dont want to be a sucker and fall for the first website i see that charges 3000 dollars when i could have gotten virtually the same thing but for like 200 or something like that so i was wondering where i can get the cheapest but still quality and whole megalodon teeth at because i think it would be awesome to have one of those beautiful things sharks are like the coolest animals in the world to me exept lions. thank you in advance for your helps.

As someone said, the $10 ones are probably fake, or very damaged or something. I have one, approx. 3 inches that I got from a rock & mineral show/sale. They always have dealers with fossils at these too. If you live in/near a larger city, look for one of these and go to it. One example of a group that sponsors a few shows/different events is from northern Illinois--"ESCONI". I probably got mine from one of these show/sales, I think around $100 at the time.

Do not buy off the web, unless the teeth are confirmed by a scientist on the other end. I would think that authentication in person is needed here.

I'm not sure if you would really care (I wouldn't), but the $10 ones may well be resin reproductions instead of real teeth.
