I have seen the constellation Orion in the early morning night sky. It feels great to see my old friend already. That is my favorite constellation. Do you have any favorites?

I like looking at Canis Major, which has the bright star Sirius. It is visible in the sky just before dawn. I also like looking at Taurus, which also has Mars competing with the bright red star Aldeberan, and the Pleiades.

I absolutely love looking at the night sky. Havent had a chance yet to get out and really enjoy the stars, but soon. I dont really know anything about the constellations except they are awesome.

I see Orion every morning when I deliver the Fargo Forum. My favorite is the great Square of Pegasus. On a clear, dark night you can see M-31 off to it's left.

Although Orion is certainly to be respected, my favorites are Ursa Major & Minor, The Big and Little Dippers. They are always there where I live and I have a warm spot in my heart for them year around. It's kind of like a mother and child sort of thing.

Lol... Pepe....

I agree with you Tinman... I have a certain fondness for Orion as well... At one point, he was the "chaperone" for me and a boyfriend....
