Wear dark skinny jeans, a red shirt, a black blazer, black high heels, and a red accessory (a red bracelet or red necklace, if you wear a necklace wear a red ring. forever21 and Charlotte Russe have good jewelry). Oh carry a handbag.

Little black dress (non slutty type) is usually good, and then you can go with funky accessories like cool sunglasses, bag, necklace, wrap etc, and matching shoes.
