Butters Stotch from South park reason he's such an adorably harmless woobie. (final of the meheecans FTW) accompanied by ability of Fuhrer King Bradley from finished metallic alchemist,( dude kicks @ss.) 5 from the action picture 9 (yet another cute woobie) Fluttershy from MLP (i'm particular you will see a trend forming)

It is funny - the moment I saw your question - TWEETY bird just flashed across my mind! And you can even hear the evergreen "I thot I thot I saw a putty cat!"
Then Big Bird from Sasame Street, then I recall numerous characters from Sasame Street, then the Muppets - Kermit etc ...
