The RADIUS types require a RADIUS server. Here is a blog entry on how to set up secure wireless networking for the home:

It is written in English with detailed step-by-step directions (i.e. stuff the average person can understand).

For normal use WPA pre-shared is safest followed by WEP, 128 bit WEP is good, 256 tends to be unstable and 64 bit is weakly encrypted. To use radius you need a radius server, not the kind of thing to run at home.

I have tried all of them and nothing has beat the old WEP! even though it is marked as less secure, I have had more people try and hack into my WPA-PSK then any of them. SO I would stick with the WEP and keep it at a 128bit encryption!

WPA2 is the best but out of those I would go with WPA RADIUS
