The Pentacle, or Pentagram, is an old symbol that dates back to ancient Babylonia. Contrary to common usage the Pentacle was never associated with the number five, rather it represented the star shaped path that Venus took during its travels across the heavens. Used by most major religions of the area including Christianity, the Pentacle is currently common among Masons, Wicca and others. One of the most common modern translations is that the five points symbolize the five elements; earth, air, water, fire, spirit.
The Star of David, or Seal of Solomon, symbolizes the Divine Union between a man and woman. Think Da Vinci Code, blade and chalice.
Yin and Yang is a Taoist symbol representing the balance between the two primal forces in the universe, the feminine Yin and masculine Yang.
By Ohm, I'm assuming you meant the Dharman symbol Aum or Om and not the electrical symbol of Ohm. The Aum represents Brahma, the impersonal absolute of Hinduism. Om is the one eternal syllable of which all that exists is but the development.
The cross inside the circle sounds like the Solar Cross which is an ancient symbol representing the solar calender, the solstices of the sun.
As for the circle with three lines, best guess without seeing it is that it either represents the Triple Goddess or the Tomoe which is similar to the Yin/Yang. The Triple Goddess stands for Maiden, Mother and Crone and symbolizes the sacred life stages of womanhood.
As for what these symbols mean all together I can't say without seeing the symbol. It could just be a collage or it might have some other significance. As all of the symbols sound like they are quite old it could have some magical property or, again, it is simply someone wishing to pay respect to the symbols of the ancients. Do you know where we might be able to see the symbol?

the three curved lins coming from a center point is called a triskele and is usually associated with the celts, i think. the cross in the circle is known as an equal armed cross or a solar cross. generally, it symbolizes the universality of all religions. in fact, that was the design of the first pentacle pendant i owned.

Sounds like some of the tolerance bumper stickers that are out there. There is no meaning tho the collage you're describing in total, though each one has it's own individual meaning. Sounds like an interesting piece of art, though.

The image here is used to signify all sorts of different faiths. The different symbols each represent a different faith or philosophy. It sounds like the one you're talking about is very similar?
