Never. u have to understand this point. Although one point of all USB cables are the same, the otehr point differs from each other. so only that specific device can use that usb cable and not any other hardware. if it is a digital camera, the camera is so thin nowadays that , the usb port must be reduced in size. u cant plug a printer's usb cable into the tiny port on a digital camera. U get it? but still, the end which is to be plugged into a pc always remains the same. i hope u can understand. if u r finding a usb cable for any hardware it would eb good if u can go to the manufacturer of the device and get one. REMEMBER-The pins on the other end wont be the same for all devices

It would be rare if USB cables came with a new computer unless there is some hardware included, like a cheap printer, which may have a USB cable.

Normally, Yes, you are furnished with a 5 or 6 ft USB cable.
Bare in mind some of the cheaper computers may not.

generally, no, because the usb cable is for peripherals and isn't essential to the computer itself. but sometimes they throw one in.

nope, it never comes with a computer or a printer. only with an external hard drive, or optical drive and some cameras. other than that, you have to buy one separately!

no cause its not necessary for the computer to function.and if you need one it should come with what ever else you buy for your computer that needs it
