Maybe i am not explaining myself good enough.Lets say i have a window open, the center of the window is highlighted brighter with two greyer areas either side.It is like it is set to A4 size and it dos`nt matter how big a window i have open.It still does it when i have it on full screen. It would be fine if i was gonna print the page out cause i would know how it is going to look on the paper.I just can`t figure out how i make it fill the whole window.!

You only have a couple of ways that any web page renders on your browser.
1 is Take the corner of the page and single click and hold and drag it to the lower right to fill the screen.
2 Go to the start menu, Control Panel and change the settings on the Display, until you are happy with how it looks.
