Papadeau's is probably the most popular.
Copeland's on Westheimer is good.
Goode Seafood is excellent but I am not sure about alligator.
Pete's Fine Meats on Chimney Rock and Richmond has it.

McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant

This is an excellent place for seafood. By the way Red Lobster is horrible! I think Copeland's of New Orleans is closed, though the seafood there was great! Enjoy!

In the Clear Lake area, try these:
Joe Lee's Seafood
Babbins
Sudie's
They are all in the South Shore/League City/Kemah area.

McCormick is great but be prepared to spend some $$

Pappas is OK & so is Landry's

Red Lobster sucks & is overpriced

Also try Bayou City Or Rajin Cajun, although they are less formal.

Finally Good Company is decent..or so it used to be!
