I would bail! There has to be a reason for this. He is either cheating on you or has fallen out of love with you. It's not just sex, it should be a special time between two people and one that makes you feel as one. Todays society is screwed up and one in every two marriages end in divorce! Quit kissing his butt. He's not interested and pursuing him like that probably turns him off.
I hate to encourage game playing, but quit trying so hard. Act like it's not that important. Give HIM a reason to worry about YOU for a change. I'm not advocating an affair, but I bet if you just leave him wondering why you're not trying anymore, he'll get the picture. If not, you've got your answer. He just doesn't consider it important. I would feel lonely and resentful. My question is why do you take such treatment. A marriage is a two way street. It takes two people to have a happy successful relationship, and if one of you isn't doing their part, then you don't have a marriage.

-He could have some physical problem that keeps him from being intimate with you (impotence is getting more common, including your age).
-He could have someone else.
-Or he doesn't love you anymore.
He needs to be honest with you, because you don't seem to be the problem, as you're doing more than enough to get his attention. Don't lower your expectations, you should get what you deserve.
