how would you react if you were swimming at the beach and a floating syringe got stuck in your thigh?

I'd scream like a 12 year old girl at a horror movie!
I would hope that it was an insulin syringe from a HIV negative person.

I would be concerned about finding the rightful owner of the syringe. Whoever it is, they probably need it.
