Nagasarete Airantou is the only true Harem that I can think of that is currently airing. It's pretty good for a generic harem: http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=1722
School Days (also airing) could also be classified as a harem- but while many girls are going after the male lead, it is anything but a conventional harem. I would warn you that a lot of people love this series because they hate the main characters so much, and are expecting at least one of them to die in the end. Still very good imo: http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=2476
Seto no Hanayome is a semi-harem. There are like 5 girls that like the male lead, but it really only focuses on one relationship. This is still probably the funniest thing airing, and once you get past the first few character introduction episodes, the series takes off: http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=2104
Zero no Tsukaima is another semi-harem. The second season is currently airing, and has pretty good action, plot, and great art: http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=1840
A somewhat older series (but still relatively new) would be Kanon 2006, which finished airing earlier this year. It is my favorite harem ever, but there are a lot of sad moments throughout the series, so if you don't like that, you may want to pass. Although, I'd still reccomend it: http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=1530
For future harems, Clannad comes out in about a month and if past series are any indication (same people who made Kanon, Haruhi, and many more), this show should be amazing: http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=2167
Hope this helps a little
