You know, like would a rawlings autographed baseball be worth more than an autographed all star baseball by the same person.

The ball does make a difference. If you have an autograph on an official AL or NL Rawlings Ball it will be worth more than if the signature is on any other brand of baseball. It is also important that the ball is signed with ink that will not fade or wash off and on the sweet spot on the baseball directly between the seems. This signature on a ball like this and a certificate of authenticity from an approved source will carry the highest value. If you have a signature on an all-star or world series baseball you want the player to sign it with the date so it can be confirmed that he actually played in one of these games which would carry much more value than if he was not involved or if the ball isn't dated.
