For some reason, I think you were looking for something different....try this.
Get a muffin pan. Take a roll of Biscuits (grands, for example) and spread them out in each of the holes. Fill in with browned ground beef (you can season it to your taste). Cook it, then cover with cheese, lettuce, and tomato.. Kind of like a little handheld cheeseburger.

I like some of these ideas. I say break out the grill and grill up some steak and chicken fajitas with grilled peppers and onions. Mix up a batch of sauce for them beforehand and keep it chilled. Surefire crowd pleaser.
