Write one sentence.
Then, if you feel the situation has not been elaborated far enough, write another one.
And so on.

Practice and pay attention in english class. Maybe after school ask your teacher for some tips. As you get older, your work will sound less cheesy and choppy or whatever. The more expirence you have with writing, the better you will get. Try writing short stories and plan them out well so they don't end up cheesy. Take some time to anaylize the situation your characters are going through. Don't worry, it'll come to you.

First, just keep doing it. Writing is like anything else; you get better at it with practice.

Second, give it to other people to read. You'll probably be surprised at how much other people like your writing; it probably just sounds cheesey to you because you wrote it.

Third, see if you can find a more experienced writer or critique group to work with. These people can give you some excellent insights to your writing by critiquing in depth what you've written.

Then put them in the exact words you think of them in! It doesn't matter if it sounds cheesy- just don't stop yourself in the middle. Write what you're thinking, put it in what sounds great. When you're done with that, you can go over it, take out the run-on sentences, add details, take out details, whatever. But just write first! Then revise!
