will my nose fall off?

my 94 year old great uncle lives with us and i help with his care. i was clipping his fungus covered bent and snaggled toe nails this afternoon and when i beared down with all my might to get through the thick disgusting thing it gave way and the clipping went up my sinus and is lodged there and all day i have been smelling it.Too poor for medical attention and have no insurance. Should i be worried, will my nose fall off?
