alright i heard that if you wear a bra when u go to sleep its not good for ur body or something .. have u ever heard something like this? do u anything about it!

Most women don't wear a bra to bed for comfort reasons.
Many do while pregnant, again, for comfort reasons.
It will not injure you to wear a bra to bed, you will get interesting 'sleep dents' though.

thats so not true i wear a bra to sleep every night since grade 8 when i was an A now it is grade 11 and im a D they didnt stop growing i dont have cancer and i have no problems with any other part of my body

It's uncomfortable, and does restrict blood flow. But no, it does not make them stop growing, I wore a bra to bed when I was 13 and 14, and my boobs still grew from a 34 A - 36 D. So that's a myth.

i heard that if u dnt wear a bra to sleep ur boobz wont grow so dnt wear a bra and plus its more comfortable to not wear a bra to sleep

ive never heard of it but i think its bad because ur bra could be tight n might block ur blood

it is bad. it cuts the circulation off on some parts of your breasts. i never wear a bra while sleeping.

I have always slept with a bra
And it hasnt stopped my boobs from growing
