Maybe, if I had all their info and I did there chart then yeah, I probably would pick the one I felt was most reliable. I don't know if I could choose between a Leo or Scorpio, without a full chart. Okay but to answer your question, because I am a water sign I would have to choose a fellow water sign. LOL!

It would really depend, for me, on their whole chart, not just the sun sign. Clinton was a Leo, and our current "president", has Leo ascendant. Interestingly, they both have moon in Libra. The present one has sun in cancer, btw. On the whole, bush has a very boring chart, appropriate for a "young soul"?
Anyway, if it weren't for the sad truth that ALL of the leading figures in both parties are owned by the same interests/people, astrology should always be a key consideration in making a choice for such an important position. I doubt that the "fundamentalists" would agree with this thinking ? :)) But, then, who cares :))
Some recent presidents by sun sign: Reagan--aquarius; ford --cancer; bush 1--gemini, nixon--capricorn; carter--libra? ; Scorpios? i only remember teddy roosevelt, a long time ago.

well, its a fact that there are more Presidents born under the sign of scorpio than any other, but that doesn't mean that all scorpio's make great leaders. Hillary Clinton is a scorpio, so am I, but i think she's a total loser. she doesn't have any leadership skills that i find to be useful. she just likes to run her mouth.

No. That's stupid. I don't know about Leos, but there are some pretty corrupt Scorpios out there. And it's part of the sign. It's like, the risk of being that sign. You might get really corrupt.
