In a couple of weeks I have an appeal for the courts about a order of protection against me, that my boyfriend put against me( I just threatend to kick his ***)doesnt mean I wanted to hurt him. If I were going to hurt him I wouldnt have just threatened to kick his ***. I get really nerveous when I think about him, how do I calm myself down from thinking about us and what has happened and going to happen?

just because I want to appeal it doesnt mean I want him back I just dont want my record ruined. I dont want him back. Theres no need for there to be any kind of order!

If a man filed an order of protection against you, there was more to it than you telling him you were going to kick his butt one time .No man wants to have to go to court, and put on the public record that he is afraid of a girl!! He obviously felt that the only way to protect himself from either physical attacks, or false charges if you did attack and he was forced to defend himself.

You might want to look into anger management or other therapy!

If you do not want him back, then why are you thinking of an appeal? Let it go through, and move on with your life.

Doing an appeal may give him the impression you are trying to restore the relationship, which, according to you, is the last thing you want. So just walk away......

First of all he clearly doesn't want to be with you, so you really need to stop thinking about him. Let the courts do their thing and stay away from him. Breathe and try to tell yourself he isn't a part of your life anymore. Move on and try not to be too hot headed.

Why did you appeal it? You should have just let it stand, and moved on with your life. You can't force someone to be with you who doesn't want too.
