we have had professionals here...they are here at least once a month. once they spray we dont see them for a week or so and then they are back again and the ones we have seen recently are bigger than a quarter and probably not far from the size of a half dollar

given the size of the spider you are talking about, I have to wonder if you are actually seeing the brown recluse or a common wolf spider. Brown recluse aren't that large and contrary to popular belief, they aren't deadly either. However, they can cause a necrotizing wound that will spread and cause serious tissue damage if not treated early.
Just in case you are confusing the spiders, here are pics for comparison.
Brown recluse: Note the two pictures with coins for size comparison. These are small spiders.

Wolf Spider: These spiders are commonly confused with the brown recluse. However, unlike the brown recluse, they get quite large and look scary, but they are harmless garden spiders.

If you do in fact have an infestation of brown recluse then the only thing I can think of is that you will need to continue with the exterminator. However, spiders are not that easy to kill with poison. It would also help to vacuum dark corners of your house and under secluded and dark places like under beds and furniture.

My sister got bit by a brown recluse here at my house...I had to take her to the ER. I called pert control and they put some kind of poison around the entry ways of my house but that didn't do the trick so now I have to call them again and tell them to spray cause I have two kids and I don't want them to get bit by a spider.
So I suggest that you call a pro and have them do more than just put poison around your house.
My sister has a scar from where the spider bit her.
Please get professional help!!!!!!

First, unless you are directly spraying a brown recluse with pesticide, you are not likely going to actually kill any.
Prevention is the best cure
Reduce clutter to eliminate places for the spiders to hide. Install tight-fitting screens on doors and windows and door sweeps. Seal cracks around the foundation of your structure. Install yellow light bulbs in outside light fixtures to reduce the number of insects for the spider to feed upon.
and then, when you've done that, get the following:
Catchmaster Glue Boards
ECO Pco WP-X wettable powder
Talstar One liquid
Cobweb Eliminator spray
