Well, they usually have more hair than me and they don't adopt my style of clothing. I am a Walmart fashion plate myself.

Yeah goofy kids. Should be wearing bell bottoms and big afros, paisley shirts, tie-dyed clothes and peace symbols. Kids, nowadays.....geez.

I'm leaving man. Where's my fatigue jacket and head band?

C'mon.... these kids today are no more ridiculous than I was in the 80s.

MyGod... we wore spandex, leather pants, eye liner, and enough Aqua Net (in the pink can) to hold up the Sears tower.

That being said, there's still no way in hell I'd ever wear anything that came from a Hot Topic.

This is one of those things that is too tempting to say. Except for the fact that I am petrified of turning into my parents. Still, emo fashion essentially stole some things from the Gothic playbook so it might be fair game. No tears on my end, more like a Billy Idol sneer. Yes, you kids look RIDICULOUS.

Even realizing that I once had bright red hair, piercings, and a wardrobe that made my mom ashamed to walk in public with me; I find myself looking at kids today in that same attire and asking "what the hell?"

It's interesting what motherhood does to you...

Back in my day we were always naked and bald. That's the only way to avoid embarrassing photos 10 years later.
