I thought Venus was going to avenge Serena's loss to Henin.
When she fought the first set to a tiebreak and lost that badly (7-6 (7-2)), it took something out of her.
Then, she was down 5-3 in the second set and broke Justine to get to 5-4 and the crowd loved it, but Henin looked confident and Venus looked tired. It was over when Henin broke back to take the match, 7-6, 6-4.
Justine looks too strong to lose a set to Kuznetsova, who took three sets to master the sloppy game of Anna Chakvetadze. I say this despite the disadvantage of playing earlier in the heat, because the level of play the Russian displayed before Anna melted was not worthy of her ranking or a final.
While Henin played later against a sharper opponent, 3 sets in the heat without sufficient challenge will take its toll on her opponent tomorrow.

Honestly, I was rooting for Henin and she won! It was 7:6 (7:2 in the tiebreak) and 6:4 for Henin. You can see the schedule and check the results at http://www.usopen.org/en_US/scores/schedule/schedule18.html.

Justine won by a score of 7-6, 6-4, and I was hoping Venus would win too.
