Colour- When Painting. the general use or effect of the pigments in a picture.
Line-Fine Arts. a. a mark made by a pencil, brush, or the like, that defines the contour of a shape, forms hatching, etc.
Value- a. degree of lightness or darkness in a color.
b. the relation of light and shade in a painting, drawing, or the like.
shape- The characteristic surface configuration of a thing; an outline or contour.
Texture- the characteristic physical structure given to a material, an object, etc., by the size, shape, arrangement, and proportions of its parts: soil of a sandy texture; a cake with a heavy texture.

Colour- the combination of any differant colour and shades.
Line- it's the same as in your Webster. the space between one point to another (line)
Value- the shading to a picture (lights and darks)
Shape- general or idefinate sizes and angles and curves of an object
Texture- the "feel" of some thing that the eye will recognize as something tangable (feelable).

The meanings.....all of them, even the "actual art meanings" are in the dictionary. Look one up...if it isn't what you want, then define the others according to your perception of the "art" meaning.
I found this for value:
a. degree of lightness or darkness in a color.
b. the relation of light and shade in a painting, drawing, or the like.
Since that is correct, I am sure you can find the others.

colour- the element of art that is derived from reflected light.
line- a mark created by moving a point along in one direction.
value- the measure by which a work of art is viewed to be successful or meaningful, worthy of being studied.
shape-an object represented in two dimensions.
texture-an element of art wich refers to how a surface feels or looks like it would feel.

line: a continuous series of dots. the edge of a plane
value: the degree of darkness or light of a particular hue, showing a shadow casting the different degrees of black and grays upon a three dimensional object
shape: the space fenced in by a line
texture: the visual or physical quality of a surface
