Since this is a class assignment, I won't answer your question, but I'll help steer you in the right direction.

First of all, what "is" a Sindhi Woman? As a figure of speech it might be a "metonymy", but unless you look up "figures of speech" (you can do a google search) you won't know if this really fits or not...and in any event, if you don't look it up you won't be able to defend your position if you think it's the "right" figure of speech.

As far as what the speaker says about himself...what do you know? You know he stoops...so what does that tell you about him? What did he say about the woman? Why was she able to stand so straight and walk so gracefully? How does this compare to his position and therefore, what does that say about the speaker? By the same token, knowing all this, you should be able to answer all your own questions as well as the last question you posed. It isn't difficult...just picture what the poem says, listen to what the speaker says about those who stand straight and why...and the rest should come to you.
