how much woudl it cost to redo my basement though its only 13 by 25 how much woudl it cost products etc

Take more precise measurements & go to Home Depot.
A lot depends on the price of materials you choose.
Labour will usually double the price of the materials.
And whether you run into any difficult problems:
Any water-proofing issues?
Insulation: fibre-glass or foam?
Heating method, i.e. duct-work?
Water pipes or drain-pipes?
Electrical wiring, lighting, etc.?
Wallboard or wood panelling?
Finish paint or stain & polymer?
Flooring: wood, tile, (ceramic/vinyl), carpet/underlay?
Ceiling suspended, or attached to joists?

This depends entirely upon your definition of "redo". If it is just paint, it won't be very much, but if you are talking about installing inslulated walls and a lot of other expensive trim work, then that is an entirely different price.
