My first two suggestions (my favorite harems) would be Kanon 2006: http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=1530 and Shuffle!: http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=79
Although these series are a little bit different from the series you have listed in that the male leads are solid, admirable, and honorable, and don't ever find themselves in perverted positions (like walking in on a girl changing). But they do end up in pretty serious relationships at or near the end.
Here are some more that are closer to what you have seen, and still pretty good:
Seto no Hanayome- funniest thing currently airing. It's a harem in the similar sence that Zero no Tsukaima is.

Maburaho- Plenty of ecchi fanserice, and is a true harem.

Da Capo- A good harem, but be warned, one of the girls is his non-blood related sister if you don't like that sort of thing.

School Days- School Days has gone from pretty good to being possibly the best shounen romance anime ever. Every second oozes perfection, from the gripping suspense to the overbearing guilt, from the precise fanservice to the impeccably timed insert songs. SD is the zenith in the evolving formula of shounen romance, and has set a new standard which all subsequent shows will be compared to. /copypasta You should know however, that you WILL HATE one if not all the main characters, and a lot of the enjoyment people get out of this show is the believe that one if not all of them will die in the end.

So happy somebody else is conventional with of it.
