I used liquid "Tide" to do my dishes this morning when I ran out of "Dawn!" It WORKED! WHO KNEW??? lol! =)

I've used dish soap as a substitute for laundry detergent and that also worked.

I've washed clothes with antibacterial hand soap when I was in need of a particular piece of clothing, and.. urm.. I'm sure that I've come up with more colorful solutions, but I can't think right now!

Ahhh.. "Instant source and strategy", I remember Mr. Owen, my grade 7 teacher, he taught us that. I use just about anything for something other than it's intended purpose.
How to drive your husband crazy, Use kitchen utensils for tools, other than cooking.

Question: Did your lower case letters get broken So you're substituting? cause if not, you are yelling and I have sensitive ears.

baby wipes as toilet tissue
toilet tissue as baby wipes
lotion for hair conditioner
plain unflavored yogurt as sour cream (its great)
teeth as scissors (don't ask)
my old science project ideas for my current kids project ideas (regretfully I've done this because child told me at last minute)
one of the $20 fake wedding ring sets in the beauty supply store as my own real set in repair shop (going to a snooty girls' wed & if didn't have my band on rumor would have been i was getting a divorce)

I can remember in my younger days, I used a beer can as a pipe, to indulge in a controlled substance. As I said, I was alot younger. Peace!

Whatever you do: do not EVER think that saran wrap is an equal subsitution for anything other than covering dishes...bad idea...
