it is never OK to murder. murder is the unjust killing of a human. execution by legal process is not murder, nor is killing enemies in war, or killing somebody to defend yourself.

Webster's definition of murder: the crime of unlawfully killing a person, especially with malice aforethought.
In any event there is no need to include the words "human being" as nothing else can be murdered.
It is never OK. We may disagree on what constitutes murder, or what constitutes self defense etc., but murder as defined is never OK
To answer the P.S.
I am a Christian. To me abortion is not OK. But, I do not believe it is wise to pursue the question in the political arena. It is in fact a purely religious answer for each of us. If we believe we can impose, by legal means, our religious beliefs on others we are asking for serious trouble in the future.
Regardless what religious beliefs you hold, you do not belong to a religion that is alone in this world. Whatever beliefs you hold may be popular now, but what of them in the future? Are you certain they will be the most popular?
Consider what the consequences of pursueing the making of a religious belief into the law of the land. You may find the most popular religion is one that believes it is OK to take the life of any person who doesn't practice their religion...

Absolutely not! This is an outrageous idea to kill a person. Murder is a heinous crime. You will be answerable for such a horrible action.
Sometimes if used as a self-defense you have to prove it in court. But don't ever buy the idea as if you are just killing a cockroach. Thou shall not kill!

Your question is problematic. Murder is a legal definition for an "illegal killing". There are, in every society, legal killings.
You created a false dilemma with the wording of your question.
In response to the second part of your question, I have no reason to kill anyone -- baby or adult. However, if you intend to use my body in any way, shape or form. I encourage you to ensure that you having my ongoing consent -- adult or child.

But it may be permissible to take a human life for purposes of self-defense, or to punish someone who is grievously guilty of a crime, which in those cases would not be murder|

In self-defense or in defense of another but then, I do not consider that murder but, as I said, self-defense. My life or someone else's would have to be in mortal danger before I would do such a thing.

depends who this human being is, i wouldent go around killing innocent old women on there way to the post office but someone with the same mental state as adolf hitler then i cant see the harm in makin him dissippear.

i dont think it is alright to kill someone anytime it is just taking someones life for no reason. i mean only the stupid murderers do that and yes i think murderers are cruel and stupid
