First if you believe this is real then most of what he says in regards to anything other then terrorism is really a non issue . If you compare this video to others and believe it is a fake and he is most likely dead , then everything even his movements need examining . This comment I believe means that the funding of political parties are done by major arms dealers { which they are } and they will throw money at whoever the people will most vote for and will further there agendas and will do this even if it means lying to appease the voter .
For example - Saying we are leaving Iraq .

I understand it as: the populous would first be converted into Islam and then revolt against the Government which in his mind is the owner of big corporations, thus creating a catastrophic revolution.

A.) He is smoking Hashish if he believes Americans will turn to Islam
B.) He is probably referring to Haliburton and the likes, he may have a point there, but the alternative will never be turning to Islam, rather a new President may fix this issue.

Well I don't know the context because I haven't watched the video but I'm going to guess he means they are going to give some concessions to us to bring us back into what he sees as the warped, materialistic, atheistic corporate culture we are supposedly straying from. By concessions I think he means some variety of reduction in the scale of the War in Iraq. Then again maybe he just means they're going to discount their products? Who knows what he meant? He's totally nuts.

In his deluded state of mind he appears to mean that Islam is the answer to the US saving itself from being a slave to its corporate masters. That eventually people will see through the facade that is our government, lifestyle and eternal quest for personal happiness at the expense of anything and everyone and seek alternative methods to achieve happiness.
He does not really seem to get what this country is really about though. You can't force someone into your beliefs through terror.

It's couched as an offer of alliance to the anti-globalization, anti-corporate, counter-culture types. Whether he's naive enough to think anyone would take that offer, or just hoping to deepen the rift between right and left by making it, I couldn't say.

OBL was rambling. I Think he is senile. He and Jimmy Carter should share a room at the old folks home.

He now realizes that capitalism means freedom. Capitalistic societies have more liberties than any other. He wants to destroy that.
