NO change the entire cab. and bed and tail gate too. OOPS the 1985 has side gas tanks even the cab will be different and narrower. SO just NO

Afraid not, friend.
One option, though, is to search for a 1991 Suburban grill and bumper. It looks different than a stock p/u, but will easily bolt in place.

No it will not. They are 2 very different body-styles.

no.not without some modification and bondo.I've seen BMW grills on honda accords so anything is possible I suppose.
