I know how it is honey, and I'm sure you're sick of hearing it-but time really is the best medicine. My boyfriend and I broke up 10 months ago and I'm still in love with him. And it still hurts a little every day. But as the days go by it hurts a little less.

possibly no longer maturing. purely turning out to be disassociated with the discomfort of rejection. as long as you discover ways to tell apart between being rejected for some thing that may no longer you're fault and a few thing it fairly is, you would be ok. working example, waiters don't sense harm once you're saying you do no longer desire any tabasco sauce; this is not their fault, purely your decision. whether, if a companion is rejected for intercourse via fact they immediately cheated, then it fairly is their fault and that they could sense harm. in case you have become rejected considering which you're coming near too sturdy, are not attempting to exhibit a favorable visual attraction, or are impolite, then you are being greater infantile than mature once you forget appropriate to the rejection. whether, in case you're putting your suitable foot forward and not offending anybody, then different individuals reactions - good or undesirable - shouldn't impression you. all the suitable, Ryan

Release frustration and negative energy. Realize that there is always a reason for all creatures to exist. Realize that something you might never expect (in a good way) could be just around the next corner.

Random acts of kindness on your part (ie volunteering) help your psyche deal with pain, especially if you volunteer in a setting which allows you to help others deal with their pain. Yours may pale in comparison.

Pain is...time served. Really the only thing that makes pain ease or go away is time. I know it sounds cliche but it is true. Find something to distact you from your pain. Surrounding yourself with friends and close family will help. Go out with some of your friends, have a good time and try to keep your mind far away from what is causing you to hurt. You heart will eventually heal and you will find happiness again. Good luck and I hope that you will soon be happy again.

I know just how you feel. The only thing you can do is try to deal with it and move on. Keep yourself busy, go out with friends. As much as it hurts now, I promise you, it will get better.

I've had heartbreaks so horrible that I thought I would never live through them, like when my Mom passed away. It will go away. Surround yourself with as many supportive and positive friends and family that you can. Keep as busy as possible so that you won't have as much time to dwell on it. Avoid sad movies and sad songs. It may not seem like it now but you will get past this and the pain will slowly fade away. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Stay Strong!!
