You are a beautiful girl. However, you don't need to lose 10 pounds. I would suggust losing aroundn 2 or 3 and you'll look perfect. To be skinny means to be unhealthy and maybe even shorten your lifespan. To lose weight, eat healthier foods with less fat (check the nutrition facts) and excersize often. It's funner to excersize with your friends!! Also, your wardrobe makes a big difference, and yes... those shorts did make you look a little chunky. Take a look at your wardrobe and pick out some outfits that make you look nice. If you have the time and money, buy some outfts like those.

I don't think you need to lose weight. If you want a more sculpted body, you can exercise. Standard things like running, crunches, lunges and push ups can help you make your body firm. Be sure to eat healthy and natural things so you have the energy and nutrition to work out.
DO NOT starve yourself to lose weight, this is the worse thing you can do to lose weight. If you condition your body to think it isn't going to be getting food very often, it will hold whatever food it does get in the form of fat.
When you exercise, you usually end up needing to eat more food than before. This is because you are challenging your body and using resources. Eat as much as your body needs, but don't eat out of boredom.
Eat 5 or six small meals a day instead of 3 large meals and exercise regularly. Try doing one hour a day in two thirty minute intervals. In other words, exercise for 30 minutes, rest for 10-20 minutes then exercise another 30. Doing this helps the body burn calories more efficiently.

Ok 1st off you look like your 14-15 so you still have time to grow, 2nd are you nuts asking for a stalker/rapist with pics on the net like that and 3rd your not fat and shouldn't think so you look fine be more concerned wiht living your life to the fullest every day you can and just enjoy being young. Eat decently and just do moderate excercise.

Stop sharing photos of yourself with random strangers on the internet; you certainly look as though you are not a day over 13.
You're not "fat" in any sense of the word; if you went to a doctor (don't believe me? try it) and they weighed you, they would tell you that you are within the normal weight range for your height.
So stop obsessing, honey.. and stop letting those media heathens get to you! The models you see in photos are not usually that skinny, and if they are, they need to be fed! Why do you want to be so thin, anyway?

Why is it necessary for you to hate your body that much? You are still young, you don't know how you will look when you are older. If you start the cycle of crash dieting now, by the time you are 17 your body will already be very messed up. You are not fat, you look a normal weight, that is not fat...Please try obsessing about your intelligence and leave this self hate alone.

I have to agree with everyone else...you're not fat, silly. My brother used to call me fatty or chubby, but I never was fat... If anyone is telling you that, just remember they're just joking or being mean at the worst. You don't have anything to worry about. Just have fun, enjoy some sports, and don't overeat, even later in life you'll still look good.

You can't be serious? Little girl, you really piss me off bc I'm that height and close to that weight, maybe 5 pounds lighter and I feel skinny!
And I'm sorry, but I really think you're b*llsh*t about feeling fat. You just wanted to post those photos of yourself up to get compliments. Don't lie...you want people to sympathize for you and say you look great and you're thin.
Why would you want to post photos of yourself if you thought you were fat. Especially photos of you posing with a big smile on your face.

Normal sized girls that think they're fat are NOT cool. I used to be one, and then I found out how much it bothered people when I kept harping about my weight... I'm 5'2 and I weight 110, and I'm like you--I'm not fat, I'm normal. Turns out I was just an insecure girl fishing for compliments.
Also, if you happen to mention something about your weight around someone who really IS fat, that can be really damaging to them. Be careful, okay?

Try low-carb diet, but make sure you consult a dr. about it so that you don't get sick like I did (I got hypoglycemia and anemia after my low-carb diet went very wrong when I was a teenager).
Personally I don't think you're all that fat . . . considering we're about the same height and I weigh appx 276 (and dropping fast since I became homeless -- 19 lbs in 3 months!!!).

Your cute, and should stop worrying about your weight, because your not a fattie....You should definetly look into the Swim Team because I'm on that team and it's really fun. Not to mention how good shape you get in..
