Looking for text of Lou Holtz "what I would say to Michigan team" locker room speech from ESPN broadcast.

Question

This morning, Sept 7, 2007, on ESPN, Lou Holtz, who is now a college football analyst for the network, did a segment where they asked him what he would say in the locker room to the Michigan team if he were their coach. This coming off of their historic loss to Appalachian State last week. He didn't just answer the question, he role-played it as if he were really talking to the team. I thought it was a great pep talk and a terrific insight into how great coaches motivate. I'm trying to find the text of what he said.

Did he go in there and say 'Men, I know we don't have the most mobile quarterback in the world, but all I know how to run is the option offence. Hell, I would run that offence with Dan Marino as my quarterback even if he were in a wheelchair. So let's get out there and play our butts off, because it surely won't be me factoring into this equation at all!'

If not, he should have. Lou Holtz makes me twitch with his overratedness. :P

If you really thought that was a great pep talk, God help your soul. For those of you who didn't see it, he ended it with saying something about how you have to have trust in your teammates, because your wife may leave you for a drummer. I kid you not.
