wear band-aids where you usually get blisters...that should help until you break them in.

Put band aids were the blister would be forming before it forms. If you get a blister pop it and use hydrogen peroxide on a a cotton ball to clean it. Afterwards keep a band aid off of it as much as possible. You want your blister to be as dry as possible this is how you will get it to heal. Don't wear a band aid on it when you aren't wearing your shoes. When you want to wear your shoes but they are rubbing your blister go to a drug store and buy this stuff called second skin, it will keep your blister from getting rubbed. All you have to do is cut it to the size of your popped blister then put the band aid on on top of this. I hope this helps. Good Luck!

What I do is when i buy a new pair of shoes I wear them round the house .. You know in front of the tv for 1/2 hour every night. This lets you find out where they are going to rub before you get blisters.

Then wear them with very thin natural coloured stockings that way not so much rub. Then wear them round the house for a week or so giving your feet a break every other night.

Once you have established wear the blisters are going to form then you buy 'blister block' or some kind of blister stopper from chemist and again wear round the house. Until they become softer. If they don't then take them to the boot maker and ask him to stretch them out Little.

Most importantly do not even though its so tempting wear your new shoes out until you have "worn them in".

Nothing worse than seeing a girl hobbling round cause her shoes hurt.. plus you wont have ugly feet!

So buy blister block, stockings and trial them out round the house BEFORE you wear them out,.

Good Luck

P.s My grandma used to keep damp newpaper in her shoes to help them keep the shape.. Keep the pacaging and that way keeping your shoes in same shape.

me too! the other day, i got new flats and saved them til the first day of school. i ended up getting huge blisters and they started to bleed! my friend has these "sockette" things like gymnastics shoes for little kids, but without the things that cross your feet. and they come in different colors and materials, like a skin-tone nylon one, or some more regular cotton sock material and in colors :) you can get them at payless shoes.

hope i helped

it's just because they're new shoes. you just have to break them in. after like a month, if you still have blisters, then maybe your shoes don't fit.
