Juvenile offenders who are still at large and wanted by the police for a violent crime--I say yes. Let's catch them and protect ourselves.
But generally, I agree with the policy of keeping juvenile proceedings confidential to allow the maximum possibility that we can straighten them out.

A juvenile offender who has not been apprehended and is an immediate life/death threat to others should be named and a picture posted in my opinion to protect the lives of others.

Yes. I think juvenile sexual predators should be named. The safety of the community's children from a sexual predator outweighs the privacy of the juvenile offender.

Yes, if they are being tried as an adult or if it is a matter of public safety as in a sexual predator situation. If they are old enough to commit such crimes, then they should be old enough to accept the consequences and not hide behind their age.

No, with one exception! That they have been declared adults by a court and are being tried as adults!
Lorre, many children who sexually abuse other children were often sexually abused themselves! However, they should be charged as a JD and begin treatment, rather than let them grow up and become sexual predators, like you mention!

No, because most juveniles grow out of their wild ways.

I want to say yes but believe in the Constitution too much to actually say it.
There are many reasons to say yes, but they don't out weigh the reasons to say no.
sorry

Honestly in crimes of murder or rape, yes. Misdemeanors, no.
